Lulu Be – a first generation Ethiopian, born and raised in Chicago – drops her new 5-track EP titled “Lululand.”

“Lululand is a vibe. It’s an introduction to my world, my sound, and my culture. My producer Lanre and I are both first generation African kids in America, and we wanted Lululand to represent just that. It combines all the elements of my favorite sounds; dance hall, afrobeats, Chicago juke, vogue house and hiphop. I want people to listen with an open mind and accept the different layers of hiphop.”
